We express our mission in the MOC group through a five point covenant pledge we use as our north star. This pledge challenges us men to take up our crosses. It lists specific outcomes, and it tells us where to focus. We’ve set the focus areas (in order) to be God, family, church, brotherhood, and country. What follows is a verbatim list of our five covenant pledges, so we may review their impact on all men:

God: We will be Men of Covenant with God through faith in Christ. We will live out our faith with loyalty, commitment, and passion. We will faithfully worship, preach the Gospel, pray, read and obey the word and win the fight for purity.

Family: We will be Men of Covenant with our wife and children by sacrificially laying down our lives for them. We pledge to lead our families with wisdom in God’s ways, as found in His word, by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Church: We will be Men of Covenant with the church universal and local through faithful attendance, prayer, submission, giving and servitude according to the grace and gifts given unto us.

Brotherhood: We will be Men of Covenant with a few other Christian men to pursue holiness and God’s will with transparency and encouragement.

Country: We will be Men of Covenant who stand up to the spirit of the age and take godly action when necessary for righteousness in a sinful culture.
